Getting started

  • Not at all! We welcome all levels, including complete beginners.

    Our instructors will guide you through each movement and provide modifications as needed.

  • Wear fitted, stretchy activewear that allows for movement.

    Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene on the reformers—they’re available for purchase at the studio.

  • Just bring yourself, a non-glass water bottle, and your grip socks. Everything else is provided, including reformers, props, and clean towels if needed.

  • You can book classes online through our website or if you’re unsure contact us by clicking here.

Health & Safety

  • Yes, Pilates is a safe and highly beneficial form of movement during pregnancy—especially when guided by our qualified instructors.

    Please let us know before you book, as we’ll need to tailor your session to suit your stage of pregnancy.

    Also, Inform your instructor on the day so they can modify the workout to suit your body.

    Your safety and comfort are our priority—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • Yes. Many of our classes are beginner-friendly. Let your instructor know before class so they can support you appropriately.

  • Yes, in most cases. Our instructors are trained to modify exercises for common injuries and conditions.

    If you have specific rehab or medical needs, our in-house Exercise Physiologist can work with you 1-on-1.

  • Yes, seniors are absolutely welcome in our classes!

    If you're new to Pilates or exercise, we recommend starting with our beginner-friendly classes first.

Studio & Membership

  • If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time or don’t show up, the session will be forfeited and a $15 fee will apply.

  • When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email up to 1 hour before the class starts.

    If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added, as the normal cancellation fee will apply.


  • Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 6 weeks per calendar year. Just email us at hello@freshstartclub.com.au in advance, and we’ll send you a suspension form to complete.


    All memberships have an 8-week minimum term. To cancel, just email us at hello@freshstartclub.com.au with at least 2 weeks’ notice. Your membership will remain active during the notice period, and one final payment may apply depending on your billing cycle.

    All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email—verbal or in-person requests won’t be accepted.
